Here’s How You’ll Make Your Way Through the Process of becoming THE UNCOMMON WOMAN

·   GET EXCITED! Your days of “falling off the wagon” and having to repeatedly start over again are coming to an end. Before we burn that life to the ground — and I promise, we will — head over to your inbox.

·   An email delivering your Client Welcome Packet includes everything you need to prepare for our first call and what to expect during our weekly sessions.

·   You’ll have an intake form to complete before our assessment call so I can learn a little bit more about you and your health goals.

In our 6 months of one-to-one work, you’ll do:

· (26) 60-minute 1:1 sessions via live Zoom. We are on a call every week, face-to-face (camera on), and the calls are tailored to help you accomplish your specific goals.

·   A 60-minute Assessment review & goal-planning strategy session to make sure your PLAN is a tool that helps you achieve your goals this time (this will be our first call.)

·   Actionable steps to implement after each call, over the following week to help you stay motivated, committed, and engaged especially when the work feels hard as you move closer to your goals (30 - 60 minutes estimated time per week in addition to your 60-minute session.)

·   Weekly writing prompts specific to your goals to keep you focused and committed to your journey (30 minutes estimated time per week in addition to 60-minute session.)

·   *CHALLENGE WEEK* based on the goals discussed on the assessment call to get you fired up and crushing your goals faster (note: the challenge may add up to an additional 40-60 minutes to your time commitment, and you’ll have more potent results.) 

·   Recorded Zoom sessions and notes from each session provided within 24 hours of our call, so you can focus and be fully present during our time together.

·   Voxer office hours support between weekly sessions reach out to me for extra support between calls.

My framework is proven to get results and it’s what I use to help myself and my clients reach their goals.

Total time commitment: 2-3 hours per week. 1 hour is our scheduled call and the rest can be sprinkled throughout the week.
