I’m 1,000% for helping women lose weight, lose unhealthy habits, and lose the dumpster fire thoughts that keep them stuck…all while showing them how to create a healthy lifestyle in half the time - without giving up the fun stuff.

My clients are women who lead super busy lives and move faster than nine-time Driver’s World Champion and Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton at the British Grand Prix.

These women cite their three biggest challenges before working with me are: not having enough time, a lack of motivation, and they’ve done ALL the things to hit their goals but nothing worked.

As women, we never feel like there are enough hours in the day. We work 25/8 to get things done, yet we’re left feeling like there’s always more to do. Then, we’re just so dang busy doing all the things for other people that when it comes to taking care of our health and ourselves, we have no problem putting them on the back burner. Oh, and we burn ourselves out thinking that we’ve done everything to lose weight, eat better, sleep better, and live better, but we’re not seeing the results.

Can you see I’ve been there before?

Mmmhmm. I got the T-shirt and the cocktail to prove it.

In 2018, I had a wake-up call. I had a routine follow-up with my doctor and discovered that my cholesterol and blood sugar levels were high, I was 20 pounds overweight, and I had deficiencies in Vitamin D and iron. WOW! He gave me 90 days to make changes, otherwise, I would have to add the habit of taking daily medications to my morning routine.

I spent the next 24 hours being in my feelings and then, over the next 89 days I got to work on myself. I believed that I could make a difference in my own life by changing the way I ate, the amount of wine I drank, how many times a week I moved my body, how much sleep I got, and what I fed my mind (yeah, I had to say no to Real Housewives and leaving the news on for background noise.)

I was not confused that this work would be easy. But, I was convinced that it would be worth it.

Within 90 days, I had lowered my A1C and cholesterol, increased my Vitamin D and iron, boosted my energy, and lost 6 pounds. My doctor was floored by my results and wanted to know how I did it so quickly.

Simple. I created a plan that worked for me and stuck to it. I’m still sticking to that plan years later.

My journey to a healthier lifestyle led me to become a certified transformation and mindset coach. Through experiencing coaching for myself with my coaches, I learned the importance of staying committed and celebrating the small wins.

I teach my clients a five-step process so they can enjoy faster, long-term results.

I’m committed to helping women and moms have healthy lives because we are often at higher risk of having a heart attack - the silent killer for women - when we don’t address our own needs.

I’ve got kerosene and a match for anything that gets in the way of their progress: fear, guilt, need for permission, gossip, comparisonitis, people-pleasing, procrastination, lack of confidence, trash can thoughts, self-doubt, unhelpful habits, and any other obstacle that stands between them and their goals.
