WOMAN ON FIYAH
GET TO WORK ON YOUR MOST IMPORTANT PROJECT EVER - PROJECT Y-O-U!
I’m a health coach and mindset mentor for women over 40. I’m on a mission to help you lose weight for the last time, get out of your own way, create your healthier lifestyle, and turn your January goals into your December victories…and beyond.
Do you set health goals every January, only to lose momentum by February? Goals are not limited to January - any time you set goals, you’re subject to losing steam within the next thirty days. Distractions, lack of immediate results, and the demands of life can derail your efforts. You begin to question if this is worth it.
You’re not alone; it happens to all of us. But it doesn’t have to be this way.
What’s Holding You Back?
Maybe you’ve got a health goal to lose the “mommy pouch” not just to look like a sexier version of the sexy vixen you already are, but because you know that excess weight around the middle could potentially lead to serious health problems later.
Perhaps you aim to eat better foods - less sugar, more iron-rich foods, partaking in fewer libations during the week, and incorporating Meatless Mondays.
You might desire more joy in your life, to say yes to more of the feel-oh-so-good stuff in your life (I see you taking a wellness day off from adulting), and to feel well taken care of and supported.
Better sleep, less stress, and richer relationships are all worthy goals that up until now you have fallen short of achieving.
Deciding what YOU want and achieving your goals are everyday occurrences here. Yes. Really. I’ll show you how.
I believe that achieving your health goals requires you to become the best version of yourself. To become the BEST, you can start prioritizing a few things:
· Identify clear goals that matter to you
· Commit and stay dedicated to the process
· Create new habits and daily routines that support your health goals
· Set up your surroundings to help you succeed
· Take consistent action toward your goals
Why does this matter?
Without a clear plan and support, another year might go by without progress. This impacts your health, happiness, and overall quality of life.
It is my mission to help as many women as I can live their uncommon, healthy, and purpose-filled lives out loud and on fiyah…every damn day!
